PPL
A Private Pilot Licence (PPL) is the first stage of your flying. It entitles you to carry non fare paying passengers almost anywhere in India. You could take your family or friends off for a weekend away, go for a scenic flight around your local area, or just go flying for the pure enjoyment of it. After gaining your PPL, you can gain more flying experience, and work towards some of the other courses we provide.
Qualifications for PPL:
- Class 10th or equivalent examination pass-out certificate from a recognized board or university in India
- 16 years of age at the time of enrollment
- Valid Indian Class II medical certificate
Course Structure:
To qualify for the PPL examination, the following is required:
- Flying training for 50 hours
- Theory classes for:
- Air Regulations
- Air Navigation
- Aviation Meteorology
- General technical details of aircrafts
- Specific technical details of aircraft on which the training would be imparted
CPL
CPL is a statutory license issued by the civil aviation authority in India that permits the holder to act as a pilot of an aircraft and get revenue out of it. CPL is issued after passing six written DGCA exams as well as after successfully flying 200 hours on an aircraft.
Blue Ray Aviation shall offer:
- Flying training for 200 hours:
- Flying on Single Engine Cessna 172/ Cessna 152 for 185 Hours
- Flying on Multi Engine aircraft P68 for 15 Hours.

Technical Specific for aircraft
Radio Telecommunication (RTR) on which the training would be imparted

Qualifications for CPL:
- Class 10+2 with Physics & Math examination pass-out certificate from a recognized Indian Board or University in India
- 16 years of age at the time of enrollment
- Valid Class II Medical certificate, will require Class I Medical Certificate Later.

To qualify for the CPL examination, the following is required:
- Flying training for 200 hours
- Theory classes for:
- Air Regulations
- Air Navigation
- Aviation Meteorology
- General technical details of aircrafts
- Specific technical details of aircraft
- Radio Telecommunication (RTR) on which the training would be imparted
ATPL
Qualifications
- Minimum 1500 hours of flying experience, with certain flying hours logged as co-pilot under a supervising pilot in a commercial plane
- A valid Class I medical certificate from a DGCA approved doctor
Course Structure
- Classroom instruction for passing written and oral examinations for obtaining the license conducted by Flightrule Aviation
- Assistance in applying to obtain the license as the examination results are valid only up to 5 years beginning from the date of passing
